Angels run soflty

I love angels - my entire Christmas tree is covered in nothing but angels every year.  My studio craft room has them hanging all around... They adorn my mantel... You get the idea!  So when I saw this adorable image from Janice, I knew I had to have her.  Isn't she just too sweet?

I kept my color pallet soft, using my Copics to add details to the image.  The border at the bottom and top are Cricut cuts and seemed a perfect match for the delecate image.  I blinged it up with some lace and pearl accents.  The sheer bubbly bow with a silk accent and some handmade stick pens finished it off.
