Be Happy

Here's my latest creation from a great image here at Scrappers Delights - I inked her up with my Copics, then used a frame cutout from a Cricut cartridge as a template to cut around this image.  The paper is DCWV and I added lots of glittery touches with my handy-dandy extra fine and detailed glitter pen (which seems to be getting used ALOT lately).  You can get this great digi here - it would be a great image to add to your stash!
