Hello my dear blogger friends..

Today I want to share a card for Scrapper Delights.
Do you all remember last week, when I told you about kiddies "stealing" my Image for this week???
If not, pop over here, to see the kids post and explanation...

So this week I have I got the following image to work with.
Its a darn cute image, but do you know, when you have an idea in your head, and it all goes pear shaped??
Well I had my card planed for my Draco Image that was "stolen", so it was back to the drawing board.
I sat down at my craft table and just let it flow. The basic card came together quite quick, but it was the finishing touches that threw me. To make a long story shorter, after a lot of trial and error I finaly came up with the finished idea. And here it is:

Im really pleased with the finished card I have to say. I decided to make a different shape card this time as my BF was visiting a few weeks ago, and pointed out that all my cards are the same shape and that I should branch out.. So this card is dedicated to her..

I started by printing my image on to a piece of A4 sheet of card. I use word when I print so I moved the image to the bottom of the page. Once printed, I bent the A4 card in half matching the bend to where I wanted my die to fit. (If you need any more info/help in this, just give me a holler).
Once printed and cut, I coloured my image with promarkers and added the faux stiches. I then added the distress ink round the edges and cut 2 leaves with a punch and tucked under the flowers.
Last I finished off with a touch of glitter glue a voila, card done...

Hope you all like my card, and THANK YOU for any comments left behind. They are much appriciated.
HUGE hugs, Marleen xxx
