Using "Baby Boo Balloon" 

I coloured this cute character in my Copic's. 

I decoupaged my image by one layer

The Paper is from First Edition Up up & Away

Created an easel card.

I used the lovely Butterfly & Book Plate cutting files

which you can find in the Silhouette store.
