Emma & Michael DT

Today I have BIG NEWS for you.

My 2 eldest children, Emma 8 and Michael 6, have officially joined the Scrappers Delights Design Team.

I am SOOOO proud of them both. 

It all started a few weeks ago, when my son Michael, saw me making a card for my own DT post. I was using the image of "Drago, the Dragon, and being a boy, Michael fell in love with him strait away and asked could he have one as well.

Michael, who has been crafting since he was old enough to hold a pencil, went off and made a lovely card for his daddy's birthday. I asked him if he would like me to post the card on my blog, along with my own card, and he imidately agreed.

You might have seen the post where Michael's card was posted. (its the same card as the one he will be showing today)

Janice, our boss and talented designer, asked if Michael would like to join the team, and occasionally make a card for the team. He said yes, off course and Emma was quickly roped in as well.

Emma has been crafting since she was 2. I had started to make cards when she was born, but when Michael was born, it became a thing for us girls to do together when Michael was sleeping.     

Emma and Michael now have their own craftroom, and they craft in one way or another most days. Emma mainly draws or make cards, but also love scrapbooking. Michael loves to "invent" things. His favorite thing to do is telescopes, made from empty loo roll's, but he will make cards for occacions and love scrapbooking.

 The 2 of them will now have an official post, here on my blog, once a month, using Janice' fab designs.

And I think I can say this much, Janice, the kids and I have big plans for the summer, so if you have kids that love to craft, Stay tuned ;-)
